What is your standard product warranty?
In the rare event your hardware fails, we are here to help.
Our standard warranty covers the replacement/exchange of defective hardware, along with technical support to assist your purchase.
Base product warranty on all products is 6 months hardware DOA warranty.
Specific Product Warranty:
PC Computers/Workstation/Parts carry our 6 month warranty.
Notebooks are 6 months(not including consumable battery).
All Notebook batteries are pre-tested or new and hold a regular charge.
At the time of purchase, additional warranty may be purchased for certain
items, feel free to inquire.
* Upgrade to 1 year hardware warranty on all PCs/Workstations/Notebooks can be purchased at time of sale for $29.
* On some machines, manufacturer warranty may still be active, and extended manufacture warranty may be purchased directly
from the manufacture.
What is not covered by our warranty?
Software issues, as our warranty specifically covers hardware only, not
software or the user's ability to maintain or update it.
Since all sales of refurbished product are Final
"changing your mind" or purchasing another PC elsewhere
are not covered under warranty. Errors in product description or invoice.
Minor wear or scratches from normal use.
Use for a particular purpose,(ie. Crypto currency mining)or product compatibility
with older hardware we didn't sell and configure for you.
Problems that occur such as accident, modification, abuse, misuse, or
problems with electrical power sources or power bars.
Items returned without our express authorization. Items not purchased from
us, or not paid in full.
